Test Pilot provides AI-based assistance for Quality Assurance (QA) and End-to-End (E2E) testing on web applications. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of results or outcomes.

3. Account Registration

You acknowledge and agree that the Service is not a substitute for manual quality assurance, and you remain solely responsible for validating the correctness and completeness of your applications.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time without notice if you violate these Terms or if we determine that your use of the Service may cause legal liability or harm to others.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
