Test Pilot provides AI-based assistance for Quality Assurance (QA) and End-to-End (E2E) testing on web applications. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of results or outcomes.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use the Service.

You may need to register for an account to access certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service to submit or process content that you do not own or have authorization to use.

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, designs, trademarks, and content, are owned by Test Pilot or its licensors. No rights are granted to you other than as expressly set forth in these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Test Pilot shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities;
• Errors, inaccuracies, or failures of the Service, including testing errors or misinterpretations by the AI.

You acknowledge and agree that the Service is not a substitute for manual quality assurance, and you remain solely responsible for validating the correctness and completeness of your applications.

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time without notice if you violate these Terms or if we determine that your use of the Service may cause legal liability or harm to others.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
